 When Will I Be Charged For My Order? 

Once your order has been placed online you will be redirected to pay using the secure Paypal site. Once payment has been taken, your goods will be dispatched via the selected delivery service.

Whilst every possible step is taken to ensure stock accuracy, if we process a sale of any product which is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will credit back a refund to your card as soon as possible and advise you accordingly. 

 What Payment Methods Does British Cream Tea Accept?

We accept payments through Paypal. You can use all major credit and debit cards Paypal without having to register for a Paypal account. 

 Will there Be Additional Duties And Taxes Payable On My Purchase?

You will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods to countries outside of the United Kingdom.

Please check before placing your order as you shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
