
I try to describe the items I make accurately and photograph them to ensure you receive the item you chose and love. We hope you are delighted with your pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.

When sending a return please send the parcel complete via a signed for service. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit, please include original packaging.
Processing Returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods.
Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
